Do I need access to a gym to do the workouts?
NO, all workouts can be done at home.
What equipment do I need?
No equipment is needed for the 30 Day Home Workout Program, however, if you have access to some dumbbells these can be used during the live workouts.
Bodyweight options will always be provided though!
How much time do I need to commit to this?
This challenge is designed to work around the busy dad lifestyle. You WON’T be training everyday or spending hours in the gym.
Instead, we are focusing on nailing some simple daily habits and completing 2 x modules a week which will take you no longer than 10 minutes.
When does the challenge start?
